The price covers the replacement of a container, transportation to the factory, destruction of data carriers by shredding, monthly fee for the container and delivery of the crushed material for recycling.

NON-REGULAR DISPOSAL OF DOCUMENTS

The non-regular replacement of a container is carried out as necessary on the basis of the customer’s order. The price of replacement of a container is valid for the replacement of one container. A monthly fee for the container, which is negotiated with the customer personally, shall be added.

REMOVAL OF DOCUMENTS AS A ONE-TIME SERVICE

The one-time service is carried out as necessary on the basis of the customer’s order. A container, whose price depends on the duration of the usage period, may be ordered as a one-time service. The price of removal and destruction of data carriers shall be personally negotiated with a customer at a large volume.

Disposal subject to a container (containers remain with the customer for a certain period).

The monthly fee for a container of 8 Euro + Turnover tax shall be added on the expiry of 30 calendar days, during which the customer uses the container. The 30-day calculation begins from the fifth (5) day of the usage.

The charge of the monthly fee for a container begins from the delivery of the container to a customer and ends with the removal of the container from the customer. The calculation of the monthly fee for the container shall not be stopped at an order to empty the container.

The price of replacement of a container covers the transportation to the factory in Tallinn and Tartu and within a radius of 15 km from Tallinn and Tartu, destruction of carries by shredding and delivery of the milled material for recycling.

  • At regular trips outside Tallinn and Tartu, the transportation fee of 26 Euro (except for islands of Estonia) shall be added to the price. At the replacement ordered by the Customer, we shall apply the price for a kilometer, which depends on the volume of the given cargo.

Waste paper is magazines, newspapers, books etc.

A regular collector exchange is performed on the basis of a client-selected schedule, at intervals of 7, 14 and 28 calendar days. The price of a collector exchange applies to a single collector exchange.

RECEPTION OF WASTE PAPER AS A ONE-TIME SERVICE

At a one-time order for the removal of waste paper, it should be tied or packed in boxed/bags by the customer. The price of destruction of waste paper is calculated on the basis of the weight (0.14 Euro/kg) and location of the customer.

The calculation of the kilometrage begins from a starting point closest to the customer (Tallinn or Tartu) and ends upon the return to the starting point, or the kilometrage is calculated for a round trip.

The regular transportation is carried out according to the schedule every 28 calendar days.

Regular trip: a service, which we propose to customers, who are outside Tallinn and Tartu and wish to use or are using the information protection service. At the regular trips, we empty containers of regular and non-regular customers or, pick up given documents, as a one-time service, The regular trips are carried out every 28 calendar days.

REPORTING

Issuance of reporting related to the service: starting from €20 + VAT. More accurate cost depends on the amount of reporting.
